Who can get Mamta Card? 


The beneficiary is a native of Gujarat. Age above 18 years. All such beneficiaries are given Mamta card by the health worker.
The objective of Mamta Card is to register all pregnant women, all children and adolescents in the age group of 0-6 years of Gujarat with complete details of Ante Natal Care (ANC), Child Birth, Post Natal Care (PNC), Immunization, Nutrition and Adolescence.
